GrantGPS sponsors grant-writing workshops, retreats, and presentations. These programs provide opportunities for you to learn the nuts and bolts of grant proposal writing, share tips for funding success with colleagues, and meet individually with grant-writing experts for feedback on a proposal. We will post information about these programs as they become available.

NIH F31 (F30 or F32) Fellowship grant application Workshop

Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 4:00 PM until 5:30 PM

This series of workshops will prepare Guarini graduate students and postdocs to write the Specific Aims page, Research Plan, and Career Development Plan for an NIH F31 (F30 or F32) Fellowship grant application. The workshops will consist of presentations on how to develop the grant sections, with personalized post-workshop follow-up support for those who desire it. The virtual workshops will be held from 4-5:30 pm on Thursdays on  October 1, 8 and 15th, 2026  via Zoom. Workshops will be led by Allan Bieber from GrantGPS. Recordings of the sessions will be made available for those who cannot attend.

*Guarini graduate students include all PhD, MA, MALS, MET, and MFA students; and MS students in Engineering, Computer Science, and Earth Sciences.
