Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Increase Program

All non-union staff will be eligible for raises in fiscal year 2026 with the exact rate determined by their school or division. Unionized employees’ rates of pay are set and managed through the contracts established with each union through collective bargaining.

All increases will take effect on June 29, 2025, for hourly employees and July 1, 2025, for salaried employees, and will be reflected in the July 18 and Aug. 1 paychecks, respectively. The program applies to non-union staff hired on or before March 1, 2025. Individuals on a formal performance improvement plan are ineligible.
