Physical Well-being
Physical well-being is caring for your body to stay healthy now and in the future including making intentional choices around topics such as nutrition, physical activity, self-care habits, preventive care, sleep, safety and alcohol/drug use.

Wellness Program Option
Engage in your Wellness Program option. Employees elect a free Wellness Program option each year during Open Enrollment, even if you waive medical coverage. The three Wellness Program options include:
Health Coaching
Reach your goals related to eating healthier, increasing exercise, losing weight, managing stress, quitting tobacco, or managing conditions such as diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, and more, by meeting with a Health Coach. Health Coaching is available at no additional cost.
Preventive Care
Preventive care includes regular check-ups with your primary care provider (PCP), screenings and immunizations. Your PCP will recommend that you have specific tests or vaccines based on your age, lifestyle habits, family history, gender, and health. Take the first step and have a conversation with your PCP to confirm you’re up to date on your screenings.
Omada
This digital lifestyle change program can help you lose weight, feel fantastic, and develop long-term healthy habits.
If you or your adult family members (18+) are at risk for type 2 diabetes or heart disease, and are enrolled in a Dartmouth medical plan, you may be eligible for this free program.
