Pulse Program
The Pulse Program wellness benefit was discontinued on December 31, 2025.
- You must redeem all Rewards Cash by December 31, 2026, otherwise they will be forfeited.
- If the Pulse Program was your wellness benefit in 2025, and you did not elect a different wellness benefit for 2026, you were defaulted to the Lifestyle Spending Account.
About the Program
The Pulse Program, in partnership with Personify Health, was discontinued on December 31, 2025.
Rewards
The Pulse Program ended December 31, 2025; all rewards must be redeemed by December 31, 2026, otherwise your rewards will be forfetied.
Earned rewards are cash. You can redeem earned rewards for a Mastercard Prepaid card or a gift card to a variety of merchants, or you may make a purchase in the Pulse store for fitness-related gear. If you receive a Mastercard or gift card, please be mindful of the expiration date*.
- Log into Pulse at dartgo.org/pulse or via the Personify Health app
- Hover over the 'Home' tab and select ‘Rewards’ and then ‘Spend’ to see your Rewards Cash balance and start the redemption process
- Select your redemption method—
- Shop the Pulse Store
- Get a Gift Card (includes a Mastercard Prepaid card option)
- Follow the check-out instructions
*Please note: If you select a Mastercard or Visa card redemption option these are considered "Cash Equivalent Cards" and therefore have an expiration date; you have 4 months to activate your card and then you have 7 months after activation to use the funds before they expire (this means the funds are forfeited and no longer accessible to you). The merchant gift card options do not have an expiration date and may be easier to use.

Tax Information
Earned rewards are considered imputed taxable income and applicable taxes were withheld from your paycheck (includes any rewards earned by employee and/or spouse). You were taxed the month following any month rewards were earned.
