Dartmouth’s Mindful May inspires Courageous Action and Wellbeing

Across the nation, May is recognized as Mental Health Awareness Month—an invitation to explore practices that support optimal health and nurture the roots of wellbeing. This May, join your Dartmouth community for a month of inspiring events, classes, and activities designed to nurture self-care, deepen connections, and support a mindful path to wellness.  

Try a class that stretches your mind and body. Explore something new with a mindful approach. Sit with friends—old and new—for a shared meditation. Find your center among the pines on a nature walk. Or experience an activity that deepens your understanding of self-care and inspires you to cultivate a wellness path that truly fits you.
