Procure-to-Pay Portal
The Procure-to-Pay Portal can assist in identifying and selecting current, contracted and preferred institutional suppliers by purchasing category, business expense, or classification.
Vendor Accounts & Other Purchases
For items that Dartmouth has a vendor contract, purchases go through the suppliers’ direct internet catalogs using your P-card, or you may place a non-catalog orders through Oracle iProcurement.
Rental Car Program
For Dartmouth Approved drivers renting for Dartmouth Business, Enterprise/National offer the best rate available for your location and dates, without losing any corporate benefits. You will not be subject to fees which are waived by Enterprise/National, such as underage fees, energy recovery, additional driver fees, and collision/damage insurance is included in the rates (for business travelers only).
Computer Equipment Purchase Form
The Dean of the Faculty office has made available to all tenured and tenure-track faculty the opportunity to purchase a new computer from the Dartmouth Computer Store. You will be able to select from among Apple or Dell computers that have been designated for this program.
