It is important to not only have proper form when at your workstation, but to also take micro-breaks to help break up your day. Stepping away from your work for just 2 – 5 minutes can help you feel more energized, less stress, more focused and more productive when you return.
Free ergonomic assessments are available to all on-site Dartmouth employees through the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) department. Remote employees can request online training. Email EHS to learn more.
