Terms & Conditions

Deposit/payments made to an unintended ID account can be transferred to the correct account by the DartCard Office. For assistance, please email the DartCard office.

Refunds from the online payment gateway are only available in the original deposit/payment amount. If the balance has been used, or paid a partial owed balance, no refund will be available through this method.
